Overview
The process is a top-bottom benchmarking evaluation reviewing the key performance indicators for the business. The evaluation includes identifying areas of improvement and specific recommendations to resolve the problems.
We will perform a detailed analysis of operations, develop an action plan and set attainable goals to mitigate identified deficiencies. These areas include:
- Identify specific areas of weakness and root causes
- Thorough review of financial history, including P&L statements and balance sheets
- Evaluate management’s understanding of the problems the business is facing
- Create financial modeling and projections
- Review industry positioning
